Fire Commissioner Sandy Jack Brown

It is with a saddened heart that we announce the passing of Fire Commissioner Sandy Jack Brown. Sandy Jack served as an Argyle Fire Commissioner from January 12, 2015, until his passing April 2, 2023.

Sandy Jack Brown was not only an Argyle Fire Commissioner but a loving husband father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Sandy Jack was very involved with the community and will be deeply missed.

A time of visitation will be held at Evans-McDonald Funeral Home on Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 7, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in DeFuniak Springs. Graveside services will follow at Red Bay Cemetery.
