EVOC Training

We are constantly training to better protect our citizens, save taxpayers money, and provide professional service to the community.

Today, members of the Argyle Volunteer Fire Department completed the final stage of a two-part Emergency Vehicle Operation Course Training at the Fair Grounds in DeFuniak Springs, FL. This course consists of an 8-hour class, written test, and a driving test, all which is taught by our own certified instructors rather than paying an outside instructor to teach our department. Not only is this an amazing course for first responders, but today's weather conditions added to the difficulty of the course with wet ground and fog.
