At our last dinner we celebrated our past and current members. Our department was created in 1979 by citizens in our community that were tired of seeing our community lose life and property. Mostly made of retired Navy men that knew the importance of putting out a fire. With training they received from the military they created a training regiment that was intense to strive to protect life and property. Our motto is Service Beyond Self and that is what we expect from our members. These men and women we have today uphold the dedication and efforts to keep our district safe. Through countless hours of training, running calls, and fire prevention.
To show our support to our members we gave them a night to celebrate each one of them. Thank you for the dedication and honor you give on a daily basis!
